Reporting a problem with a tool

The quickest way to a fix is a message we can reproduce. Please include:

  • the address of the tool page, for example https://10.tools/pdf/merge-pdf/;
  • your browser and device, for example “Chrome on a Pixel 7” or “Safari on iPhone 15”;
  • what you expected and what happened instead, with the exact error message if one appeared;
  • the file type and rough size. Please don't attach the file itself unless it contains nothing private.

Because in-browser tools never send us your files, we cannot look up a failed job on our side; the details above are all we have to go on.

Pro subscriptions and payments

For billing questions, refunds or cancelling, write from the email address you subscribed with. The plan and its limits are described on the Pro page.

Privacy requests

To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email us with “Privacy request” in the subject. What we collect is listed in the privacy policy.

Abuse

To report a short link, QR redirect or mock API used for spam, phishing or malware, send us the link. We disable abusive content as soon as we have confirmed it.
