About Meme generator
Meme generator draws your text, captions and stickers onto a picture and exports a single PNG or JPG. With your own image the meme keeps its aspect ratio and is scaled to at most 1600 pixels on the long side, plenty for chats and social feeds while keeping files small; the built-in layouts export at fixed sizes such as 1200 × 1200 for the four-panel grid. Caption bars add white space above or below the picture, so the exported image grows taller instead of covering the photo.
The classic style uses Anton, an open-source typeface with the look of Impact, in white with a black outline and automatic capitals; the plain style uses Inter in dark text, which suits the newer caption-bar format. Each text box wraps inside an adjustable width, can be aligned left, centre or right, and can be rotated; emoji stickers scale and rotate the same way. You can crop a photo to 1:1, 4:5 or 16:9, add a coloured border, or fill each panel of a layout with a different picture.
There is no library of famous meme templates, because those images are usually copyrighted; bring your own picture or build one from the blank layouts. Animated GIF memes and video captions are not supported.
Privacy
Your picture is combined with the text on a canvas in this tab, so your file never leaves your device and nobody sees the meme before you share it. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts once you start editing, and emoji are drawn with your system's own emoji font.
