About Bulk watermark

Bulk watermark stamps the same text or logo onto every image in a batch and returns each one at its original resolution. Sizes and margins are relative to each picture — text height and logo width as a percentage of the image — so a landscape photo and a tall phone shot get proportionally identical marks. Files can keep their original format or be converted to JPG, PNG or WebP with adjustable quality; PNG keeps transparency, and camera metadata is not copied into the watermarked versions.

Text marks can use nine web fonts with bold, colour, opacity, rotation, a soft shadow and an outline for legibility on busy backgrounds. Logo marks accept PNG or SVG files with transparency. A single mark can sit in one of nine anchor positions with a margin, or wherever you drag it; tiled mode repeats a rotated mark across the whole picture so it cannot simply be cropped away. Your last settings are remembered in this browser, which turns a weekly batch into dropping files and clicking download.

A visible watermark discourages casual reuse and credits your work. It does not stop determined removal with AI inpainting, and it is neither an invisible nor a forensic watermark that could prove ownership on its own.

Privacy

Each watermark is drawn onto a canvas in this tab and encoded by WebAssembly codecs in a local worker, so your file never leaves your device — handy for client proofs that are not public yet. Web fonts are the only thing fetched, from Google Fonts, and only after you have added images.

Features

Batch stamping

One design applied to every image, with watermarked thumbnails of the whole batch.

Tiled pattern

A rotated, repeating mark across the image — the strongest protection against cropping.

Remembered settings

Your last watermark is restored automatically in this browser.

Bulk watermark: frequently asked questions

How do I watermark many photos at once?
Select or drop all your photos together, design the watermark once while watching the live preview, and click Download all. Every image is stamped with the same mark scaled to its own dimensions, and the results arrive in a single ZIP named after the originals with -watermarked added. Thumbnails underneath show how the mark looks on each picture before you export.
Can I use my logo as a watermark?
Yes. Switch the watermark type to Logo and choose your logo file; a PNG or SVG with a transparent background gives a clean result without a white box around it. Set its width as a percentage of each image, lower the opacity to around 40–60%, add a subtle shadow on busy backgrounds, and place it in a corner or tile it.
What opacity and size should a watermark have?
For portfolio images, a corner mark at 3–5% text size and 50–70% opacity stays visible without distracting. Client proofs and stock previews benefit from a tiled pattern at 20–35% opacity rotated about −30°, which is far harder to crop or clone out. Check the thumbnails: the mark should be readable on both light and dark parts of your photos.
Does adding a watermark reduce image quality?
Each image keeps its full width and height. Choose Keep for PNG originals or export to PNG for lossless output; JPG and WebP re-compress the photo at the quality you set, and 90 is visually indistinguishable for most pictures. EXIF and GPS data are not copied, so if you need copyright fields inside the file, add them afterwards with a metadata tool.
Are my watermark settings saved?
Yes. Text, font, colours, size, opacity, rotation, position, tiling and export format are kept in this browser's local storage and restored the next time you open the tool, so a recurring batch needs only drag, drop and download. Logo files are not stored, so re-select your logo when you return. Clearing your browser data resets everything.
