PowerPoint to PDFの使い方

  1. 1

    Add the presentation

Drop a .pptx, .pptm or .ppsx file; slides you hid in PowerPoint are counted as soon as the deck opens.

  2. 2

    Include hidden slides or not

Hidden slides are skipped by default; switch them on when backup or appendix slides belong in the handout.

  3. 3

    Page through the slides

Each slide shows up as its own PDF page at the deck's 16:9, 4:3 or custom proportions.

  4. 4

    Download the PDF

Save the file to email, print as handouts or upload to a conference or course portal.

制限と Pro

Free: presentations up to 50 MB with any number of slides, converted one file at a time without a watermark.

PowerPoint to PDF について

Every slide becomes one PDF page with the same proportions as the deck — 16:9, 4:3 or a custom size — drawn as vector graphics with selectable text. The renderer follows PowerPoint's chain of slide master, layout and slide, so theme colors and fonts, background fills and pictures, placeholder positions and bullet styles come out the way the presenter designed them. Common shapes such as rectangles, rounded boxes, ellipses, triangles, arrows, chevrons and stars, as well as freeform drawings, are drawn with their fills and outlines; pictures keep their cropping, tables keep cell fills and borders, grouped objects stay together, and SmartArt is included when the file carries PowerPoint's saved drawing of it. Text that PowerPoint shrinks to fit its box is shrunk by the same amount, and numbered bullets continue their numbering.

People use it to share a talk with someone who has no PowerPoint, submit slides to an event or learning platform that only accepts PDF, print handouts, or keep a frozen copy of a pitch before the next round of edits.

Know the gaps before you depend on it: a PDF is static, so animations, transitions, embedded video and audio, and speaker notes are not part of the result. Charts are left out with a note in the preview, and EMF or WMF clip art, 3D effects and some WordArt styles may not match the original. The old binary .ppt format and OpenDocument presentations need to be re-saved as .pptx first.

プライバシー

The deck is unpacked and every slide is drawn inside this browser tab, and the PDF is written by a background worker on your device. Slides, speaker notes and images are never uploaded; the only requests made are for the open-source fonts the slides need.

主な機能

Slide-sized pages

Widescreen, standard and custom slide sizes carry over, so nothing is letterboxed or cropped onto A4 paper.

Masters and themes applied

Theme palettes, layout placeholders, master backgrounds and logos are inherited exactly as PowerPoint resolves them.

Text you can copy

Titles, bullet points, tables and text boxes stay real text in embedded fonts, ready for search and copy.

PowerPoint to PDF:よくある質問

Are animations and transitions kept in the PDF?
No. A PDF page is static, so every slide is shown in its final state, as if all of its animations had already played. Objects that only appear after a click are therefore visible from the start. Embedded videos and audio clips are not included either; add a link to them on the slide if the audience needs them.
Can I include the hidden slides?
Yes. When the deck contains hidden slides, the options panel shows how many there are and a switch to include them. They are left out by default, matching what PowerPoint does in a slideshow, and switching the option on adds them back in their original positions so page numbers follow the deck order.
Will the slides keep my fonts and theme colors?
Theme colors, backgrounds and layouts are applied exactly. Fonts are matched with open equivalents of the same width, such as Carlito for Calibri and Arimo for Arial, so text normally wraps the way it does on screen. A rare or custom brand font is replaced by the closest match, which can change line breaks slightly.
What happens to charts and SmartArt?
SmartArt diagrams are drawn whenever PowerPoint saved its rendered version inside the file, which current Office versions do. Charts are not supported yet, so they are left out and a note above the preview says so. To keep one, copy it on the slide and paste it back as a picture before converting.
Are speaker notes added to the PDF?
No. The PDF contains the slides only, one per page, the way an audience would see them. Speaker notes stay in your .pptx file and are never read or sent anywhere. If you need a notes handout, print the Notes Pages view from PowerPoint itself, or paste the notes into a document and convert that.
