PDF to PowerPoint について

This converter makes a real PowerPoint file, one slide per PDF page, by drawing each page as a high-resolution picture and placing it on its slide. Because the slide is a faithful image of the page, fonts, layouts, charts and colours look exactly as they did in the PDF, on any computer, even when the fonts are not installed. What it doesn't do is turn the page back into editable text boxes and shapes: you can't retype a heading or change a bar in a chart, though you can add new text, arrows and shapes on top, reorder and hide slides, and present the deck with all of PowerPoint's tools.

The text of each page can go into its speaker notes, extracted from the PDF with the same reading-order analysis as the PDF to text tool, so the words are at hand while you present, searchable in the notes pane and ready to copy into new text boxes. Scanned pages have no text layer and leave their notes empty.

Slide size follows the first page by default, so an exported 16:9 deck comes back as 16:9 and an A4 handout as A4 portrait slides; pages of a different shape are centred with white space around them. Pages are rendered at 150, 220 or 300 DPI and saved as JPEG; a 20-page deck at 150 DPI is typically a few megabytes. Typical uses are presenting a PDF from PowerPoint, adding a few slides to a deck you only have as PDF, and annotating pages during a meeting.

プライバシー

PDF.js reads the PDF in a Web Worker and draws each page on a canvas in this tab; the notes text, the slide files and the .pptx package are produced by a second worker. The PDF and the presentation stay on your device and nothing is sent to a server.

PDF to PowerPoint:よくある質問

Can I edit the text on the slides?
Not the text that was on the PDF page: each slide shows the page as a picture, so the original wording, numbers and charts can't be changed in place. You can type on top of it with new text boxes, cover parts with shapes, crop the picture, or copy the page's text from the speaker notes into a fresh slide. For reworking the content itself, convert the PDF to Word.
Why not rebuild the slides as editable shapes?
A PDF stores positioned characters and drawing instructions, not slides, text boxes or chart data. Rebuilding them is guesswork that often breaks layouts, swaps fonts and splits sentences into dozens of boxes. Picture slides look exactly like the original every time and open everywhere, and the speaker notes still give you the words. That trade-off suits presenting and annotating, which is what most PDF-to-slides jobs are.
Which slide size should I choose?
Page size suits almost every PDF: the slides take the shape of the first page, so nothing gets letterboxed, and a PDF exported from PowerPoint returns to its original size. Pick 16:9 when the slides must match a widescreen deck you're merging them into, or 4:3 for older templates and projectors. Pages of another shape are then centred on the slide with white bands.
How large will the PowerPoint file be?
Mostly the sum of the page pictures. At 150 DPI a sparse page takes under 100 KB and a dense page of text or photos up to about 400 KB, so a 20-slide deck usually lands between 1 and 8 MB. The 220 and 300 DPI settings make slides sharper on 4K screens and when you zoom in, at roughly two and three times the size. The speaker notes add almost nothing.
Does the PPTX work in Google Slides and Keynote?
Yes. The file is a standard PowerPoint presentation with one picture per slide and plain-text speaker notes, which Google Slides, Apple Keynote, LibreOffice Impress and PowerPoint on Windows, Mac, the web and phones all open. In Google Slides, upload it to Drive and choose Open with Google Slides; the notes appear in the speaker notes panel below each slide.
